So, I like eating nasty Waffle House food as much as the next guy, but can anyone tell me who sits at these places at 4:00 in the morning? Okay, well maybe I do but is that really an excuse? Nah I didn’t think so.

Anyway, I’m off point. I had a hankerin for a nasty egg sandwich, so I hit up the Waffle House this morning and I have to tell you. It was the best damn egg sandwich I think I’ve had ever, and it was kind of an accident. I asked for an egg and cheese sandwich with a side of hash browns diced, smothered, chopped, pureed, burnt, smoked, boiled, whatever else. Instead of it being on the side the grill guy put it on the sandwich. Anyway, when it got to me, I was like kick arse! Take a look at this thing.
