This is an old video (2007) but I just watched it again recently. It’s a Google Tech Talk by Merlin Mann of 43folders.com. It has really helped me keep my e-mail under control, but the principals can also be applied to other areas in life where you have to prioitize and organize (the whole GTD concept). If you have an hour to kill, I recommend watching this video.
